We do not sell personal information. Reservation details are handled by our practice team and the systems required to receive and store them securely.

You may request that we remove you from the reservation list at any time by writing to the practice through the contact channel provided when consultations open.

This notice will be expanded with a full HIPAA notice before clinical operations begin.
