This site is an introduction to NovaSpan Health, a physician-led practice of NovaSpan Medical, PLLC. Joining the reservation list does not create a physician–patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical care begins only after an appropriate evaluation by a licensed physician.

Limited early appointments will be offered to reservation list members first, subject to clinical appropriateness and availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
